Stretching it a bit further, orchard syrup occurred to me, so I made up a batch and added it to a Sazerac-ish cocktail with the Rye, Calvados, and bitters.<br /><br />Kind of interested by how much "mouth feel" and texture the reduced apple syrup adds to a cocktail.
